摘　　要：本项目地上二十二层地下三层,一层为门厅、小型商业及附属用房;二三层为小型商业用房;四层为办公和附属用房,五至二十二层为办公和研发用房;地下室为三层,地下一层设置设备间和停车库;地下二层设置停车库;地下三层设置停车库和人防。根据本项目所处地块及周边市政道路特点,车流由光源二路引入,人流由光源二路和用地内公共开放空间引入。The Shenzhen IVPS Building consists of twentytwo above-ground floors and three basement levels.The ground floor houses the lobby,small retail spaces,and ancillary rooms;the second and third floors are designated for small commercial use;the fourth floor includes office and ancillary spaces,and floors five through twenty-two accommodate office and R&D functions.The basement levels include equipment rooms and parking on B1,additional parking on B2,and parking with a civil defense area on B3.Vehicle access is provided via Guangyuan Second Road,while pedestrian access is available from both Guangyuan Second Road and the public open space within the site.
