摘　　要：本项目位于西丽留仙洞片区,万科云城属于规划的留仙洞总部基地的中心部分,东至石鼓路及石鼓花园、南至打石一路(即留新南路)、西至创科路、北至兴科路。留仙洞地区与高新区共同形成纵向科技创新轴,与大学城和周边工业区形成产、学、研一体发展的整体片区,与西丽中心区共同构成南山区副中心。Located in the Liuxiandong area of Xili,Vanke Cloud City is part of the central section of the planned Liuxiandong Headquarters Base.The site is bordered by Shigu Road and Shigu Garden to the east,Dashiyi Road(Liuxin South Road)to the south,Chuangke Road to the west,and Xingke Road to the north.This area,along with the High-Tech Zone,forms a technology innovation axis,integrating research,industry,and education with University Town and nearby industrial zones,establishing a comprehensive ecosystem that combines production,academia,and research.Together with the Xili Center,it constitutes a secondary center for Nanshan District.
