摘　　要：西安软件新城软件研发基地二期工程是西安最核心的产业园区,包含了研发办公、会议中心、培训楼、地下车库等多种功能。本项目规划集约高效、流线合理,建筑体量简洁,与周边环境融合。以绿色、数字、聚落为基础,建立“三片”、“两轴”、“一中心”规划格局。南北向与东西向各设计休闲景观轴线,形成“L”型的服务带;位于“两轴”交界处为产业园区服务适于交往的公共空间体系、多层次的空间连接、舒适丰富的步行空间、多元化的城市生活。The Xi'an Software New City R&D Base Phase 2 project is a core component of Xi'an's premier industrial park,featuring a range of facilities,including R&D offices,a conference center,a training building,and an underground parking garage.The design emphasizes compact efficiency,streamlined circulation,and a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.Built on principles of green,digital,and clustered design,the project layout follows a"Three Zones,Two Axes,One Center"plan.North-south and east-west landscape axes offer leisure pathways,forming an"L"-shaped service corridor.
