摘　　要：艺之卉创意厂区位于深圳市宝安区龙华镇服装产业园区西北侧地块,周边地块均为服装产业区用地。艺之卉(EACHWAY)是深圳叶子服装公司的著名时装品牌,本项目为该公司的创意产业园,是一个包含文化、办公、生活等内容的多用途的建筑群,总建筑面积47960平方米,2013年12月完工。建筑由二组“L形”体量组合而成;东侧为创意工厂,南侧为含有宿舍、餐厅、办公的综合楼,西-北建筑在竖向分成三部份:基座为展销大厅,中部为半开敞活动平台以及多功能演汇厅及咖啡厅,顶部的“L形”体量包含二个展览空间—时尚博物馆及现代艺术馆。前者镶嵌在后者之中。Located in the northwest section of the garment industry park in Longhua Town,Bao'an District,Shenzhen,Yizhihui Creative Industry Park serves as the creative hub for EACHWAY,a prominent fashion brand by Shenzhen Leaf Garment Co.This multipurpose complex,completed in December 2013,spans a total area of 47,960 m2 and includes spaces for culture,offices,and residential functions.The building layout comprises two"L-shaped"structures.The creative factory occupies the eastern wing,while the southern wing contains a comprehensive building with dormitories,a cafeteria,and office spaces.The western-northern section of the complex is vertically divided into three segments:the base houses an exhibition hall,the middle includes a semi-open platform,a multifunctional event hall,and a café,while the top L-shaped volume contains two exhibition spaces—a fashion museum embedded within a modern art gallery.
