摘 要:目的研究分析痰标本的细菌学检验方法及其临床感染占比率效果。方法共采集样本240例,取样时间2019年5月至2020年5月,均分两组后,常规组检测样本以咳痰方式采集,后行痰培养进行检测,研究组检测样本以痰标本细菌学改进方式,后行痰培养进行检测,比对样本质量、检测结果。结果指标项进行比对分析,研究组样本质量、疾病检出率、检出菌株阳性率较为理想,组别中具备优势性(P<0.05)。结论痰标本细菌学检验的实施,能够对病患做到准确检出,临床感染占比率较为理想,因此有良好实施效果,具备临床应用价值。Objective To study the bacteriological test method of sputum samples and the effect of clinical infection.Methods A total of 240 samples were collected from May 2019 to May 2020.After the two groups,the conventional test samples were collected by sputum culture,and the test sample was improved by bacteriology and sputum culture,comparing the sample quality and test results.Results According to the comparison analysis,the sample quality,disease detection rate and strain positive rate of the study group were ideal,and the group were dominant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of bacteriological test of sputum specimens can accurately detect patients,and the proportion of clinical infection is ideal,so it has good implementation effect and clinical application value.
