摘 要:目的为了解武汉市江夏地区细菌性腹泻病原谱构成,探讨近年来武汉市江夏地区主要病原菌的变异情况和流行变迁规律,为细菌性腹泻的诊断和防控提供科学依据。方法采集武汉市江夏地区2021—2023年341份细菌性腹泻症候群患者标本,开展多种肠道致病菌的检测。结果2021—2023年检出率最高的为沙门菌,检出占比为42.82%(146/341);其次为弧菌,检出占比为16.42%(56/341);第三位为大肠埃希菌,检出占比为6.74%(23/341)。分型结果中,沙门菌、弧菌、大肠埃希菌中检出最多的菌株分别为肠炎寒沙门菌、副溶血弧菌、致病性大肠埃希菌,检出比分别为14.37%、13.20%、3.52%。341株检出菌中,20~40年龄段检出菌数最多,为223株,检出占比为65.40%;40~60年龄段检出菌株有118株,检出占比为34.60%。两个年龄段相比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=57.484,P<0.001)。结论沙门菌是2021—2023年武汉市江夏地区细菌性腹泻病的主要致病菌。Objective To understand the pathogenic spectrum composition of bacterial diarrhea in Jiangxia District of Wuhan,to explore the variation and epidemic changes of the main pathogenic bacteria in Jiangxia District of Wuhan in recent years,and to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and prevention and control of bacterial diarrhea.Methods 341 specimens of patients with bacterial diarrhea syndrome in Jiangxia District of Wuhan from 2021 to 2023 were collected,and a variety of intestinal pathogenic bacteria were detected,and the drug resistance of the detected pathogenic bacteria was analyzed.Results The highest detection rate in 2021-2023 was Salmonella,accounting for 42.82%(146/341)of cases detected;next is Vibrio,with a detection rate of 16.42%(56/341);the third place is Escherichia coli,with a detection rate of 6.74%(23/341).In the typing results,the most commonly detected strains of Salmonella,Vibrio,and Escherichia coli were Salmonella enterica,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and pathogenic Escherichia coli,with detection rates of 14.37%,13.20%,and 3.52%,respectively.Among the 341 detected bacteria,the age group of 20~40 had the highest number of detected bacteria,with 223,accounting for 65.40%of the total;118 strains were detected in the age group of 40~60,accounting for 34.60%of the total.There is a statistically significant difference between the two age groups(χ^(2)=57.484,P<0.001).Conclusion Salmonella is the main pathogenic bacteria of bacterial diarrhea in Jiangxia District of Wuhan from 2021 to 2023.
