摘 要:目的本研究旨在比较和评估现场与实验室两种氨气(NH_(3))检测方法的性能和适用性。方法采用C16便携式NH_(3)气体检测仪和GBZ/T 160.29–2004氨的纳氏试剂分光光度法,对5个不同浓度(9.3~148.8 mg/m^(3))的NH_(3)标准气体进行了10次重复测定。结果C16便携式检测仪在现场应用中表现出极高的线性关系(r=0.9998),与标准气体浓度高度相关;而GBZ/T 160.29–2004方法在实验室分析中提供了更高精度的测量值。两种方法的相对标准偏差和相对误差均小于±5%,显示出良好的精密度和准确度。结论C16便携式检测仪适用于现场快速检测和应急响应,而GBZ/T 160.29–2004方法更适合于需要高精度的实验室分析。本研究为选择合适的NH_(3)检测方法提供了科学依据,对提高环境监测和职业健康评估的质量具有重要意义。Objective This study aims to compare and evaluate the performance and applicability of two ammonia(NH_(3))detection methods in the field and laboratory.Methods The C16 portable NH_(3)gas detector and GBZ/T 160.29–2004 ammonia Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometric method were used to perform 10 repeated measurements of 5 different concentrations(9.3~148.8 mg/m^(3))of NH_(3)standard gases.Results The results showed that the C16 portable detector exhibited a highly linear relationship(r=0.9998)in field applications,which was highly correlated with the concentration of standard gases;The GBZ/T 160.29–2004 method provides higher precision measurement values in laboratory analysis.The relative standard deviation and relative error of both methods are less than±5%,demonstrating good precision and accuracy.The research conclusion indicates that the C16 portable detector is suitable for rapid on-site detection and emergency response,while the GBZ/T 160.29–2004 method is more suitable for laboratory analysis that requires high precision.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for selecting appropriate NH_(3)detection methods,which is of great significance for improving the quality of environmental monitoring and occupational health assessment.
