摘 要:油气废气具有浓度高、流量大等特点,给环境造成严重污染。本文针对杭州某公司工艺废气中的非甲烷总烃污染物,提出采用“活性炭吸脱附+催化燃烧”的处理工艺。该工艺利用活性炭大比表面积的吸附特性去除大部分非甲烷总烃,采用催化燃烧技术深度氧化处理活性炭中的吸附物,有效去除废气中的污染物。通过工艺设计、设备选型和系统集成,实现了该油气废气处理系统的高效、稳定运行。该工艺技术路线可靠、经济、环保。其治理效果和经验可推广至其他油气废气治理项目。Oil and gas waste gas is characterized by high concentration and large flow rate,causing serious pollution to the environment.In view of the non-methane total hydrocarbon pollutants in the process waste gas of Hangzhou Dadi Marine Environmental Protection Co.,LTD.,the treatment process of"activated carbon suction,desorption+catalytic combustion"is proposed.The process first uses the adsorption characteristics of the large specific surface area of activated carbon to remove most of the total non-methane hydrocarbon,and then uses catalytic combustion technology to deeply oxidithe adsorbent in the activated carbon to achieve the effective removal of pollutants in the waste gas.Through process design,equipment selection and system integration,the efficient and stable operation of the oil and gas gas treatment system is realized.The technical route is reliable,economic and environmental protection.Its treatment effect and experience can be extended to other oil and gas waste gas treatment projects.
