摘　　要：原油评价是在实验室中,对脱水后原油进行馏分切割,并对原油性质及其各窄馏分性质进行分析,为制订原油一次加工、二次加工方案提供重要的数据支撑。原油评价的数据是最基本也是制定原油加工方案最重要的数据。原油加工的发展趋势,是减少汽柴油量,向精细化学品、轻质化学品转化,油头化尾充分利用。而减油增化做特的重要依据,是实沸点蒸馏的基础数据。本文讨论了注意事项及影响因素,通过对蒸馏过程中各种影响因素的分析探讨,减小蒸馏误差,以提高实沸点蒸馏数据的准确性。Crude oil evaluation is to cut the dehydrated crude oil in the laboratory,and analyze the properties of crude oil and each narrow fraction,which provides important data support for the formulation of crude oil primary processing and secondary processing programs.The data of crude oil evaluation is the most basic and the most important data for formulating crude oil processing plan.The development trend of crude oil processing is to reduce the amount of gasoline and diesel,transform to fine chemicals and light chemicals,and make full use of oil.The important basis for oil reduction and chemical enhancement is the basic data of real boiling point distillation.The paper discusses the points for attention and the influencing factors.Through the analysis and discussion of various influencing factors in the distillation process,the distillation error is reduced,so as to improve the accuracy of the real boiling point distillation data.
