摘 要:关于新生儿黄疸的治疗,目前国内外有多种手段,其中以光疗、药物治疗和换血治疗较为常见。我国新生儿护理方面的专家共识推荐光疗为新生儿黄疸的优先治疗方式,并获得中华医学会儿科学会的认可。该疗法因疗效显著、操作流程简便、治疗成本低廉在儿科临床得到普及。光疗的具体机制为,通过蓝光照射,使得新生儿体内的非结合胆红素转变为可经肾脏排泄的水溶性异构体,以降低其机体中血清胆红素的水平,实现对黄疸症状的有效缓解。At present,there are many ways to treat neonatal jaundice at home and abroad,among which phototherapy,drug therapy and exchange transfusion are more common.The consensus of experts in neonatal nursing in China recommended phototherapy as the priority treatment for neonatal jaundice,which was recognized by the Pediatric Society of Chinese Medical Association.This therapy has been popularized in pediatric clinic because of its remarkable curative effect,simple operation process and low treatment cost.The specific mechanism of phototherapy is that the unconjugated bilirubin in newborns is transformed into water-soluble isomers that can be excreted by kidneys through blue light irradiation,so as to reduce the level of serum bilirubin in their bodies and effectively relieve jaundice symptoms.
