摘  要:目的对比左点红外体温计与上市红外耳温计及红外体温计在不同年龄段人群体温测量及监测中的应用性能表现。方法采用自身对照研究方法,选取2024年3-6月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院就诊的150例患者研究对象,按年龄段范围三组,分别采用左点红外体温计与玻璃体温计、红外体温计、红外耳温计测量额头、耳腔体温及腋温。记录三组体温值,统计临床偏差和临床重复性,分析不同仪器测量体温的准确性。结果左点红外体温计与红外耳温计及红外体温计对比,三个年龄组患者体温监测指示灯颜色及物温测量结果高度一致,误差±0.1℃,均符合国家标准。结论左点红外体温计与上市产品在不同年龄段人群体温测量及发热监测中具有极高的临床一致性和准确性。Objective:To compare the application performance of left-point infrared thermometer,infrared ear thermometer and infrared thermometer in temperature measurement and monitoring of people of different ages.Methods:Using selfcontrol research method,150 patients were selected from Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to June,2024.According to the age range,they were divided into three groups.The forehead,ear cavity temperature and axillary temperature were measured by left-point infrared thermometer,glass thermometer,infrared thermometer and infrared ear thermometer respectively.Three groups of body temperature values were recorded,the clinical deviation and clinical repeatability were counted,and the accuracy of measuring body temperature with different instruments was analyzed.Results:Compared with infrared ear thermometer and infrared thermometer,left-point infrared thermometer showed that the color of body temperature monitoring indicator lamp and the measurement results of object temperature in three age groups were highly consistent,with an error of 0.1℃,which all met the national standards.Conclusion:Left-point infrared thermometer and marketed products have high clinical consistency and accuracy in temperature measurement and fever monitoring of people of different ages.
