摘 要:目的分析CT影像对肺部磨玻璃结节良恶性的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析北京航天总医院2021年3月至2022年3月收治的60例具有肺部磨玻璃结节影像征象患者。经病理检查,发现有26例为良性,34例为恶性,分别纳入良性组和恶性组。整理两组临床资料,对比两组肺部磨玻璃结节影像特点,并探讨分析CT影像诊断肺部磨玻璃结节良恶性的价值。结果CT影像显示,两组结节直径、形状、边界、分叶征、毛刺征、空泡征、支气管充气征、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征和密度等影像学特征对比,P<0.05。CT影像诊断胸膜凹陷征的灵敏度和特异度最高,分别为82.38%和88.56%;诊断模糊边界的灵敏度和特异度最低,分别为29.00%和46.15%。结论CT影像可提高肺部磨玻璃结节良恶性的诊断准确性,有助于早期发现和治疗肺部恶性结节,从而提高患者生存率。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of CT images in benign and malignant ground-glass nodules of lung Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 60 patients with imaging signs of ground-glass nodules in the lung admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.After pathological examination,it was found that 26 cases were benign and 34 cases were malignant,which were divided into benign group and malignant group respectively.To sort out the clinical data of the two groups,compare the imaging characteristics of the two groups of ground-glass pulmonary nodules,and discuss and analyze the value of CT images in diagnosing the benign and malignant ground-glass pulmonary nodules.Results:CT images showed that the imaging features such as nodule diameter、shape、boundary、lobulation sign、burr sign、vacuole sign、bronchial inflation sign、vascular convergence sign、pleural indentation sign and density were compared between the two groups,P<0.05.The sensitivity and specificity of CT images in diagnosing pleural indentation were the highest,which were 82.38%and 88.56%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of fuzzy boundary diagnosis are the lowest,which are 29.00%and 46.15%respectively.Conclusion:CT images can improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant pulmonary ground-glass nodules,help to find and treat pulmonary malignant nodules early,and thus help to improve the survival rate of patients.
