快速康复护理对老年胃癌患者术后肺不张发生率的改善效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析快速康复护理对老年胃癌患者术后肺不张发生率的改善效果。方法选取2021年3月至2024年3月间在安徽医科大学第一附属医院进行胃癌手术的老年患者100例,按照护理方式差异分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取快速康复护理。对比两组术后恢复效果、疼痛情况、心理状态、术后肺不张发生情况。结果观察组术后各项恢复用时均短于对照组,P<0.05。护理前,两组VAS评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,观察组疼痛评分下降幅度更为显著,P<0.05。护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后肺不张发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论快速康复护理可有效缓解老年胃癌患者术后疼痛,改善其心理状态,缩短术后恢复时间,并可降低术后肺不张发生率。Objective:To observe and analyze the improvement effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative atelectasis in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Select 100 elderly patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2021 to March 2024,and divide them into two groups according to the difference in nursing Methods:the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group receives conventional nursing,while the observation group receives enhanced recovery nursing.Compare the postoperative recovery effects,pain conditions,psychological states,and incidence of postoperative pulmonary atelectasis between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the recovery time for various postoperative indicators was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the pain score in the observation group decreased more significantly,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of pulmonary atelectasis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain of elderly patients with gastric cancer,improve their psychological state,shorten postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative atelectasis.
