摘　　要：目的探究对老年髋关节骨折患者实施康复治疗的效果及对运动功能的影响。方法从2022年12月至2023年12月浙江康复医院康复医学科收治的老年髋关节骨折患者选取70例,随机分为两组。对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组在常规组基础上实施康复治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组VAS评分较对照组更低,Harris评分、FMA评分均较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论对老年髋关节骨折患者实施康复治疗可降低其疼痛程度,改善其髋关节功能及运动功能,提升总体疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation treatment on elderly patients with hip fracture and its influence on motor function.Methods:From December 2022 to December 2023,70 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine surgical treatment,while the observation group received rehabilitation treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while Harris score and FMA score were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rehabilitation treatment for elderly patients with hip fracture can reduce their pain,improve their hip function and motor function,and enhance the overall curative effect.
