摘　　要：目的探讨分析早期胃肠内营养支持对大面积烧伤患者营养指标及创面愈合的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年3月东南大学附属中大医院烧伤整形科收治的60例大面积烧伤患者,根据入院时间先后次序将其分为常规组和试验组,每组30例。常规组采用常规护理,试验组在常规组基础上采用早期胃肠内营养支持。对比两组患者营养指标、创面愈合指标。结果护理后,试验组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白均高于常规组,P<0.05;试验组成纤维细胞数、成纤维细胞S期、成纤维细胞G2/M期均明显高于常规组,成纤维细胞G1期低于常规组,P<0.05。结论早期胃肠内营养支持可有效改善大面积烧伤患者的营养状况,促进其创面愈合。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of early enternal nutrition support on nutritional indexes and wound healing of patients with extensive burns.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2023,60 patients with extensive burn were selected from the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery,Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University,and were divided into routine group and experimental group according to the order of admission time,with 30 patients in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given early enternal nutrition support on the basis of the routine group.The nutritional index and wound healing index of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the serum total protein、albumin、prealbumin and transferrin in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The number of fibroblasts S phase and G2/M phase of fibroblasts in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,while the G1 phase of fibroblasts was lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enternal nutrition support can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with extensive burns and promote their wound healing.
