糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果及安全性。方法将华南理工大学附属第六医院2022.01-2023.12收治的100例过敏性鼻炎患者以双盲法平均分为实验组、参比组。对照组予糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂治疗,实验组增加使用西替利嗪滴剂治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应。结果实验组总有效率为96.00%,高于参比组的84.00%,P<0.05。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者采用糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗疗效显著,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect and safety of glucocorticoid nasal spray combined with cetirizine drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,South China University of Technology from Jan.2022 to Dec.2023 have been evenly divided into an experimental group and a reference group by the double-blind method.The reference group was treated with glucocorticoid nasal spray alone,and the experimental group was treated with cetirizine drops on the basis of this.To compare the therapeutic effect as well as the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The experimental group’s total effective rate was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the reference group 84.00%,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid nasal spray combined with cetirizine drops is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and will not increase additional adverse reactions.
