摘  要:该文以五峰太平抽水蓄能电站为例,在对评价区域生态环境详细调查的基础上,从生态系统组分结构、时空结构、营养结构、重要物种组成、水土保持、水源涵养等方面全面分析抽水蓄能电站建设对评价范围生态系统结构和功能的影响,提出迹地植被恢复、国家重点保护野生植物移栽、野生动物救护、加强施工期环境管理、开展项目全生命周期监测及环境影响后评价等有针对性的减缓措施与对策。Taking the Wufeng Taiping pumped storage power station as an example,on the basis of a detailed investigation of the ecological environment in the evaluation area,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the impact of pumped storage power station on the structure and function of the evaluated ecosystem in terms of ecosystem component structure,spatiotemporal structure,nutritional structure,important species composition,soil and water conservation,water source conservation,etc.Targeted mitigation measures and countermeasures are proposed,including vegetation restoration in the site,transplantation of nationally protected wild plants,rescue of wild animals,strengthening environmental management during the construction period,conducting full life cycle monitoring of the project,and post-project eco-environmental impact evaluation.
