摘  要:文章以玉米秸秆为原料,通过硫酸和氯化钠联合改性制备了生物炭,该改性生物炭在吸附染料废水中罗丹明B方面展现出优异的性能。研究系统分析了吸附剂质量、p H值、温度和罗丹明B初始浓度等因素对去除效果的影响,并采用吸附动力学、等温吸附和热力学模型深入探讨了其吸附行为。通过SEM、XRD、XPS对吸附前后的改性生物炭进行了表征,揭示了其结构和成分变化对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,在最优条件下(吸附剂质量0.1g、pH值7、温度45℃、罗丹明B初始浓度20 mg/L),罗丹明B的去除效率为99.85%,显著高于传统生物炭及部分人工合成改性生物炭。吸附过程符合准一级动力学模型(R^(2)=0.9668),颗粒内扩散方程拟合结果表明改性生物炭对罗丹明B吸附受到液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散共同主导。吸附过程为自发吸热反应,符合Langmuir单分子层吸附模型。该研究的创新之处在于,通过简单的改性方法显著提升了生物炭的吸附性能,并阐明了其吸附机理,为染料废水的处理提供了新的低成本、高效率解决方案。Biochar was prepared from corn straw by combined modification with sulfuric acid and sodium chloride,and the modified biochar exhibited excellent performance in adsorbing rhodamine B from dye wastewater.The effects of adsorbent mass,pH value,temperature and initial concentration of rhodamine B on the removal efficiency are analyzed.The adsorption behavior was also deeply investigated using adsorption kinetics,isothermal adsorption and thermodynamic models.The modified biochar before and after adsorption was characterized by SEM,XRD,and XPS to reveal the influence of its structural and compositional changes on the adsorption performance.The experimental results show that under optimal conditions(adsorbent mass 0.1 g,pH value 7,temperature 45℃,initial concentration of rhodamine B 20 mg/L),the removal efficiency of rhodamine B is 99.85%,which is significantly higher than that of traditional biochar and some artificially synthesized modified biochar.The adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-first-order kinetic model(R^(2)=0.9668),and the results of the intraparticle diffusion equation fitting indicate that the adsorption of rhodamine B by modified biochar is jointly dominated by liquid film diffusion and intraparticle diffusion.The adsorption process is a spontaneous endothermic reaction,in accordance with the Langmuir monolayer adsorption model.The innovation of this study lies in significantly enhancing the adsorption performance of biochar through a simple modification method and elucidating its adsorption mechanism,providing a new low-cost and efficient solution for the treatment of dye wastewater.
