摘 要:为了开发具有广阔固体废物增值应用前景的吸附剂,同时缓解环境中污染物的危害,该研究通过热解废弃复合包装物,并利用K_(2)CO_(3)浸渍法对其进一步活化处理制得利乐包炭-k,用于处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水,并通过材料表征、吸附动力学、等温吸附实验等手段分析炭材料对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附特性。研究结果表明,所制备的利乐包炭-k对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附以化学吸附为主,吸附过程主要以单分子层吸附为主。各因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附容量的影响显著性顺序为p H>炭材料投加量>Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度,在模型给出的最佳的吸附条件下测得吸附容量为99 mg/g,相较于市售活性炭拥有更好的吸附效果。In order to develop adsorbents with broad prospects for value-added solid waste applications and to mitigate the hazards of pollutants in the environment,in this study,carton charcoal-k was prepared by pyrolysis of discarded composite packages and further activated and treated by K_(2)CO_(3) impregnation method for the treatment of Cr(Ⅵ)containing wastewater,and the adsorption characteristics of the carbon material on Cr(Ⅵ)in wastewater were analyzed by means of material characterization,adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption experiments,etc.The results of the study showed that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by the prepared carton charcoal-k was dominated by chemical adsorption,and the adsorption process was mainly dominated by the adsorption of monomolecular layer.The significance of the effect of each factor on the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)was pH>carbon material dosage>Cr(Ⅵ)concentration,and the adsorption capacity was 99 mg/g under the optimal adsorption conditions given by the model,which possessed better adsorption effect compared with commercially available activated carbon.
