摘 要:利用沉水植物释放化感物质抑制水体中蓝藻生长是目前生态安全性极高的抑藻手段。穗花狐尾藻已被证实具有抑藻作用,但目前对于沉水植物的研究多聚焦于植物本身,而对附植生物以及其共生体系的关注较少。为此,该研究从外在生物作用可能会对沉水植物抑藻产生影响的角度出发,选用巢湖流域3处典型沉水植物生长样点的穗花狐尾藻为研究对象,对穗花狐尾藻进行附着菌和水质相关指标以及抑藻效应测定,结果发现:穗花狐尾藻附着的前3种优势菌为酸杆菌门(4.54%)、脱氯单胞菌门(2.69%)、疣微菌门(2.13%);其生长水质的溶解氧含量为11.48~12.84 mg/L,高锰酸钾指数为3.77~6.91 mg/L,总氮、总磷含量分别为1.22~2.85 mg/L和0.057~0.076 mg/L;蓝藻抑制率为30%~80%。通过相关分析得出:穗花狐尾藻附着细菌Shannon多样性指数与穗花狐尾藻抑藻率呈现显著正相关性(p<0.05),与水体总磷含量呈显著负相关性(p<0.05),与水体总氮和氨氮含量无显著相关性。因此,不同生境的穗花狐尾藻,其附着菌和生长水质的差异显著影响其抑藻效应。The use of submerged plants to release chemosensitive substances to inhibit the growth of cyanobacteria in water bodies is currently a highly ecologically safe means of algae suppression.However,most studies on submerged plants have focused on the plants themselves,and less attention has been paid to epiphytes and their symbiotic systems.Therefore,from the perspective that external biological effects may have an impact on the algae inhibition of submerged plants,three typical growth sites of Myriophyllum spicatum in the Chaohu Lake Basin were selected for the study.The attached bacteria and water quality related indexes as well as algal inhibition effect of Myriophyllum spicatum were determined,and the results showed that the first three dominant bacteria attached to Myriophyllum spicatum were Acidobacteria(4.54%),Dechloromonas(2.69%),and Verrucomicrobium(2.13%);the DO content of the growth water quality was 11.48~12.84 mg/L,the KPM index was 3.77~6.91 mg/L,the total nitrogen and total phosphorus content was 1.22~2.85 mg/L and 0.057~0.076 mg/L,respectively;the inhibition rate of cyanobacteria ranged from 30%to 80%.The correlation analysis showed that the Shannon diversity index of the attached bacteria of Myriophyllum spicatum showed a significant positive correlation with the algal inhibition rate of Myriophyllum spicatum(p<0.05),a significant negative correlation with the total phosphorus content of the water body(p<0.05),and no significant correlation with the total nitrogen and ammonia content of the water body.Therefore,the differences in the attached bacteria and the quality of the growing water of Myriophyllum spicatum in different habitats significantly affected its algal inhibition effect.
