摘 要:湖北一污水处理厂污水水源中含有某种污染物,导致该厂生物除磷与化学除磷同时失效,造成污泥膨胀出水总磷(TP)超标,需要对这些污染物进行识别,并采取应对措施保证水质。分析水质数据和潜在污染物(氟离子、硫离子、金属络合剂、有机酸等)与铁矾反应的实验现象,通过污染物特征分析实验,判断污染物为既具有生物毒性又具有铁络合性的单宁酸。单宁酸抑制混凝,在含有80 mg/L单宁酸水样中,使用正常投加量的铁矾混凝剂对TP去除率不足10%,铁矾需要达到正常值的6倍才能保证TP去除效果,与除磷失效期间的去除率吻合。为溯源污染物,提出了一套快速简易检测方法,可在短时间内对污水处理厂进水管网水质进行分析,筛查可能的排污节点,为污水处理厂运行提供指导。The presence of specific pollutants in the water source of a wastewater treatment plant in Hubei Province has been linked to simultaneous failures in both biological and chemical phosphorus removal processes.This situation led to sludge bulking and violations of total phosphorus(TP)standards in the effluent.Identification of these pollutants and implementation of effective countermeasures are crucial to ensure the maintenance of water quality standards.Through the analysis of water quality data and experimental observations on the reactivity of potential pollutants(fluoride ions,sulfide ions,metal complexing agents,organic acids)with polyferric chloride(PFC),tannic acid(TA)was identified as the critical agent.This compound exhibits both biological toxicity and strong complexation with PFC,significantly inhibiting the coagulation process.In scenarios with 80 mg/L of TA,TP removal efficiency was reduced to below 10%,necessitating a PFC dosage six times higher than normal to achieve standard TP removal efficiencies,mirroring the increased dosages required during the phosphorus removal failures.To efficiently trace the pollutant sources,a rapid detection method was developed.This method enables quick analysis of the water quality in the inlet pipe network of the sewage treatment plant,screening for potential discharge points,thereby providing essential guidance for operational adjustments and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
