摘 要:荧光指纹溯源技术基于水质荧光图谱的指纹特异性,即三维荧光图谱中荧光峰的位置与相对强度随污水中荧光污染物种类与浓度的不同而变化,以此进行水质污染源的判别。以北方D市S工业园区及污水处理厂为研究对象,各企业污水对应其独特的三维荧光图谱,利用这种显著差异性,以荧光峰作为荧光指纹指标,确立各企业污水的特异性荧光峰及强度阈值,构建荧光指纹数据库,结合LabVIEW溯源系统,实现污染源回溯自动化。荧光指纹溯源技术能够从源头上发现污染问题,有效提升水质监管效率,具有广泛的应用前景。The fluorescence fingerprint tracing technology is used to identify pollution sources based on the specificity of EEM,which means that the position and intensity of the fluorescence peak in the EEM vary with the types and concentrations of fluorescent pollutants in sewage.Taking the S Industry Park and Sewage Treatment Plant in D City in the north as the research object,the EEMs of sewage from various enterprises show significant differences,with their own characteristic fluorescence peak information.Therefore,the specific fluorescence peaks and intensity thresholds of sewage from various enterprises were determined.A fluorescence fingerprint database was constructed.Combined with the LabVIEW traceability system,automation of pollution source tracing was achieved.The fluorescence fingerprint tracing technology can solve pollution problems from the source,improve the efficiency of water quality supervision effectively,so it has broad application prospects.
