人居环境视角下的枢纽站点地区设计策略——以北京市通州西站地区站城一体化设计为例

摘　　要：梳理站城一体化设计理念的演进阶段,提炼工程建设导向、经营和开发导向、人群使用导向下的枢纽站点地区设计思路,在此基础上明确换乘便捷、消费便利、就业高效、生活丰富的设计原则,从交通、就业、生活、消费、建筑工程、环境、文化7个方面提出人居环境视角下的枢纽站点地区规划设计策略,并分析北京市通州西站地区站城一体化设计实践,以为枢纽站点地区的规划设计提供借鉴。The evolution stages of the station-city integration design concept are sorted out,and the design ideas for hub station areas under the orientations of engineering construction,operation,development,and population use,are refined.On this basis,the design principles of convenient transfer,convenient consumption,efficient employment,and rich life,are clarified.Additionally,planning and design strategies for the hub station area from the perspective of human settlements are proposed from seven aspects:transportation,employment,life,consumption,construction engineering,environment,and culture.The stationcity integration design practice in the Tongzhou West Railway Station area in Beijing is analyzed,to provide a reference for the planning and design of hub station areas.
