摘　　要：伴随着数字技术的快速发展,数字技术创新已成为获取竞争优势、实现可持续发展的重要驱动力。本研究使用2013~2020年中国A股上市公司数据,研究了企业创新投入如何影响和有效激发数字技术创新产出,并验证了外部政策环境和内部企业管理等变量的作用。研究发现:创新投入是激发企业技术创新产出的重要因素;政策环境对创新投入产出的影响具有门槛效应,适当的政策环境区间更有利于创新发展;管理投入与创新投入间存在资源替代效应,而高管注意力存在正向调节作用。本研究不仅为理解企业在数字技术创新的创新资源配置和战略实施提供了一定帮助,也为政府部门寻找合适的政策激励区间提供了实证依据。With the rapid development of digital technology,digital technology innovation has become an important driving force to gain competitive advantage and achieving sustainable development.Using data from China's A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2020,this study examined how corporate innovation input affected and effectively stimulated digital technology innovation output,and verified the role of variables such as external policy environment and internal corporate management.The study found that:innovation input was an important factor in stimulating corporate technological innovation output;the policy environment had a threshold effect on the impact of innovation input and output,and an appropriate policy environment interval was more conducive to innovation development;there was a resource substitution effect between management input and innovation input,while there was a positive moderating effect of executive attention.This study provided some help in understanding the resource allocation and strategic implementation of enterprises in digital technology innovation,and also provided empirical evidence for government departments to find a suitable policy incentive range.
