民用飞机制造产业链构成和提升路径研究

摘　　要：民机制造业是国家战略产业,民机制造产业链的现代化发展是实现民机制造业规模化发展的重要基础。本研究界定了民机制造产业链概念内涵。通过要素-结构-功能分析方法厘清了民机制造产业链构成要素、结构、功能,将民机制造产业链解构为技术链、供应链和空间链,明晰其构成。在此基础上,从技术链、供应链、空间链出发,制定民机制造产业链发展提升路径,以增强技术自主攻关能力,提升民机制造产业链韧性以及安全水平,推动民机制造产业现代化发展。The civil aircraft manufacturing industry is a national strategic industry.The modernization and development of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain is an important foundation for the realisation of the largescale development of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry.This study defined the concept of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain,and clarified the elements,structure,and functions of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain through the element-structure-function analysis method.The civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain was deconstructed into the technology chain,supply chain,and space chain to clarify its composition.On this basis,from the technology chain,supply chain,and space chain,the development and improvement path of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain was formulated to improve the capability of independent research and development of technology,enhance the resilience and safety level of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry chain,and promote the modernization of the civil aircraft manufacturing industry.
