摘  要:实验开发了一种新型的热熔-速冻聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶,可以作为浆料直写3D打印Ti6Al4V钛合金多孔支架的粘结剂。采用热熔-速冻PVA水凝胶粘结剂与钛合金粉末混合得到钛合金浆料,并且通过直写3D打印制备钛合金多孔支架坯体,后经高温烧结制备成钛合金多孔支架烧结体。采用旋转流变仪对钛合金浆料的流变性能进行分析,采用扫描电子显微镜对钛合金多孔支架坯体和烧结体的微观组织进行观察,采用电子万能试验机对钛合金多孔支架坯体和烧结体的力学性能进行检测。结果表明:热熔-速冻PVA水凝胶体系的Ti6Al4V钛合金浆料具有“剪切变稀”的特性,当固相体积分数为70%时,具有最优的打印效果。采用浆料直写3D打印可以制备出钛合金多孔支架坯体,打印纤维中存在微孔结构和絮状PVA。经1200℃高温烧结之后得到钛合金多孔支架烧结体力学性能与人体松质骨相匹配。烧结体显微组织呈现出多孔结构,微孔尺寸小于10μm,孔隙率为62.37%。In this paper,a novel hot-melt-quick-frozen polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel was developed,which can be used as a binder for slurry direct 3D printing of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy porous scaffolds.The titanium alloy slurry was obtained by mixing the hot-melt-quick-freezing PVA hydrogel binder with titanium alloy powder,and the titanium alloy porous scaffold blanks were prepared by direct 3D printing,and then the titanium alloy porous scaffolds were prepared by high-temperature sintering to form the titanium alloy porous scaffold sintered bodies.The rheological properties of the titanium alloy slurry were analyzed by rotational rheometer,the microstructure of the titanium alloy porous stent blanks and sintered bodies were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical properties of the titanium alloy porous stent blanks and sintered bodies were examined by electronic universal testing machine.The results show that the Ti6Al4V titanium alloy slurry in hot-meltfrozen PVA hydrogel system has the characteristic of“shear thinning”,and has the optimal printing effect when the volume fraction of solid phase is 70%.Using the slurry direct writing 3D printing can be prepared titanium alloy porous scaffold blanks,printing fiber microporous structure and flocculent PVA.The mechanical properties of 1200℃high-temperature sintering titanium alloy porous scaffolds sintered body matches with the human cancellous bone.The microstructure of the sintered body shows a porous structure with microporous size less than 10μm and a porosity of 62.37%.
