摘  要:以超高转速等离子旋转电极法(SS-PREP法)制备的高球形TC21合金粉末为原料,采用粉末热等静压工艺(HIP)制备出TC21钛合金薄壁件,重点研究了热处理制度对合金组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:SS-PREP合金粉末球形度为99.65%,松装密度和振实密度达到理论密度的60%及68%,HIP后制件致密度良好,内部无微裂纹、气孔、异质夹杂等缺陷。HIP后合金组织由片状α、片层间β组织及少量细小等轴α晶组成粒。固溶时效处理后,β基体生成大量细小的针状次生α组织,随着时效温度的升高,次生α相发生长大粗化,合金的强度明显下降,塑性提高。固溶时效处理后,室温抗拉强达到1317 MPa,较HIP态显著提高,并且优于锻件水平。The TC21 titanium alloy thin-walled workpiece was prepared via the hot isostatic pressing(HIP)route,utilizing powder derived from the super-speed plasma rotating electrode process(SS-PREP).The influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the titanium alloy was thoroughly examined.The results indicate that TC21 powder produced by the SS-PREP method exhibits commendable sphericity and remarkable compactness.Following hot isostatic pressing,the workpiece was found to be free of defects such as microcracks,pores,and heterogeneous inclusions.The microstructure of the TC21 alloy,formed through hot isostatic pressing,primarily consists of equiaxedαphase and lathαphase,along with a small fraction ofβphase,while the powder boundary is predominantly equiaxedαphase.After the solution treatment and aging treatment,significant precipitation of the secondary acicularαphase occurs.As the aging temperature increases,this secondaryαphase undergoes growth and coarsening,resulting in a decrease in the alloy's strength alongside an increase in ductility.Overall,the mechanical properties after solution treatment and aging treatment show a notable enhancement,surpassing those of forging.
