摘  要:采用放电等离子烧结技术,以TC4粉末和Cu粉末为原料制备出TC4+xCu合金,利用金相显微镜,X射线衍射仪,扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜分析探究Cu含量对TC4合金微观组织,物相组成和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,添加适量Cu后,Ti-α得到不同程度细化,当Cu添加量超过0.3%时,随着Cu含量的增加,Ti-α晶粒尺寸会逐渐增大;加入Cu元素可以有效改善TC4的力学性能,添加0.3%Cu时力学性能最好,屈服强度1179.1 MPa、最大抗压强度1940.5 MPa、压缩工程应变32.45%,较未添加Cu的TC4合金分别提升21.9%、17.46%、11%,致密度提高至99.3%,Cu主要是通过固溶强化、位错强化和细晶强化来提高力学性能。The TC4+xCu alloy was prepared by using spark plasma sintering technology with TC4 powder and Cu powder as raw materials,and the effects of Cu content on the microstructure and phase composition of the TC4 alloy were analyzed by using optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results show that Ti-αis refined to different degrees after the addition of appropriate amount of Cu.However,when Cu is added more than 0.3%,the grain size of Ti-αgradually increases with the increase of Cu content.Adding Cu element can effectively improve the mechanical properties of TC4,the best mechanical properties when adding 0.3%Cu,its yield strength is 1179.1 MPa,maximum compressive strength is 1940.5 MPa,compression engineering strain is 32.45%,compared with the TC4 alloy without Cu,have enhance by 21.9%,17.46%,11%,respectively.And the density is increased to 99.3%,Cu is mainly used to improve the mechanical properties through solid solution strengthening,dislocation strengthening and fine grain strengthening.
