摘 要:凝胶注模技术作为一种低成本的近净成形的粉末冶金方法,解决了传统钛合金熔炼技术复杂,加工难度大,成本高等问题。本文以等比例的TC4钛合金氢化脱氢粉和球形粉为原料,采用低氧MBAMHEMA粘结剂体系,配制出固含量55%,HEMA单体浓度30%,油酸含量0.60%的具有良好的流动性和高固相含量的浆料,经成形、脱脂、烧结,制备出相对密度99.5%,抗拉强度1002 MPa,屈服强度933 MPa,伸长率8.3%的TC4钛合金,能够满足大部分钛零件实际使用需求。Gelcasting technology,as a low-cost near net shape powder metallurgy method,addresses the complexities,processing difficulties,and high costs associated with traditional titanium alloy smelting techniques.In this article,equal proportions of TC4 titanium alloy hydrogenated dehydrogenation powder and spherical powder are used as raw materials,employing a low oxygen MBAM-HEMA binder system to formulate a slurry with good flowability and high solid content.This slurry has a solid volume fraction of 55%,a HEMA monomer concentration of 30%,and an oleic acid mass fraction of 0.60%.Following forming,degreasing,and sintering,TC4 titanium alloy with a relative density of 99.5%,tensile strength of 1002 MPa,yield strength of 933 MPa,and elongation of 8.3%is produced.This alloy meets the practical needs of most titanium parts and holds significant potential for applications in titanium structural and decorative components.
