摘 要:超粗晶硬质合金因优异的抗冲击性和抗热疲劳性等特点而广泛应用于钢材轧制、模具冲压和凿岩等领域。本文介绍了国内外有关烧结技术对超粗晶硬质合金WC晶粒尺寸和晶粒生长等方面的研究现状。研究表明通过添加超细WC粉末可提高WC平均晶粒尺寸,促使所制备的硬质合金更加致密化。WC晶粒的生长主要是“溶解-析出”机制,适当促进WC晶粒的“溶解-析出”是制备性能优异超粗晶硬质合金的关键。制备超粗晶硬质合金的烧结方式主要是真空烧结和低压烧结,与低压烧结相比,采用真空烧结制备的硬质合金WC晶粒尺寸普遍较大。目前,还不能获得同时兼具高韧性和高硬度的超粗晶硬质合金,限制了其应用。因此,制备出具有高韧性和高硬度的特粗低钴硬质合金,是未来的重要研究方向。Ultra-coarse-grained cemented carbide is widely used in steel rolling,die stamping and rock drilling due to its excellent impact resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.This paper introduces the research status of sintering technology on ultra-coarse grain cemented carbide WC grain size and grain growth at home and abroad.The results show that the addition of ultrafine WC powder can increase the average grain size of WC and promote the densification of the prepared cemented carbide.The growth of WC grains is mainly the"dissolution-precipitation"mechanism,and properly promoting the"dissolution-precipitation"of WC grains is the key to the preparation of ultra-coarse cemented carbide with excellent performance.The sintering method for preparing ultra-coarse crystalline cemented carbide is mainly vacuum sintering and low-pressure sintering,and compared with low-pressure sintering,the grain size of cemented carbide WC prepared by vacuum sintering is generally larger.At present,it is not possible to obtain ultra-coarse grain cermented carbide with high hardness ande high toughness,which limits their application.Therefore,ultra-coarse low cobalt cemented carbide with high toughness ande high hardness is an important research direction for the future.
