多层石墨烯增强银铜电刷材料的制备和组织性能

摘  要:以银粉、铜粉为基体材料,添加0.5%~3.0%的多层石墨烯作为增强相,通过机械混粉、压制烧结制得Gr/Ag-15Cu复合材料,对其显微组织、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能等进行测试分析。实验结果表明:多层石墨烯在Ag-Cu基体中分布较为均匀,在含量超过1.5%时开始出现团聚现象。随着石墨烯含量的增加,Gr/Ag-15Cu复合材料试样的密度、硬度呈下降趋势,在石墨烯含量超过1.5%后烧结体试样的硬度会有较大程度的降低。石墨烯的增加,使Gr/Ag-15Cu复合材料的摩擦磨损性能得到显著提升,磨损量随着石墨烯含量的增加先显著降低后升高,在含量1.5%时石墨烯可以在摩擦表面形成稳定的碳质膜起润滑作用,并且与基体有较高的结合强度,磨损量达到最低。The Gr/Ag-15Cu composites were prepared using silver powder and copper powder as matrix materials,adding 0.5%-3.0%multi-layer graphene as reinforcement phase.Microstructure,physical properties and friction and wear properties of the sintered Gr/Ag-15Cu samples were tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the multi-layer graphene is distributed uniformly in the Ag-Cu matrix,and agglomeration occurs when the content reaches more than 1.5%.With the increase of graphene content,the density and hardness of the Gr/Ag-15Cu composite samples show a decreasing trend,and there is a greater degree of decrease when the graphene content reaches more than 1.5%.With the increase of graphene,the friction and wear properties of the Gr/Ag-15Cu composite samples are significantly improved,and the wear amount first decreases significantly and then increases.At the content of 1.5%,graphene can form a stable carbon film on the friction surface to play a lubricating role,and has inferface strength with the matrix,making the wear amount reach the minimum.
