摘  要:煤矿企业生产中,供电系统安全稳定运行是正常开展作业的前提条件。文章以防越级跳闸技术为核心,首先分析了煤矿供电系统越级跳闸的主要原因,然后从设备稳压、自动组网、电压波动识别、分站集中控制4个方面,介绍了供电系统防越级跳闸的技术方法;最后以国家能源集团哈密煤电有限公司为例,结合井下高压供电系统的运行现状,阐述了短路速断闭锁防越级跳闸技术的应用。研究表明,防越级跳闸技术应用在煤矿供电系统中,能确保各级开关按照次序执行跳闸操作,避免大面停电事故发生,提高矿井生产效率和安全性。The safe and stable operation of the power supply system is a prerequisite for the normal operation of coal mining enterprises.Focusing on the anti-over-trip technology,this article first analyzes the main reasons for over-trip in coal mine power supply systems.Then,it introduces the technical methods for preventing over-trip in power supply systems from four aspects:device voltage stabilization,automatic networking,voltage fluctuation recognition,and centralized control of substations.Finally,taking the Hami Coal-Electricity Company of China Energy Group as an example,combined with the current operating status of the underground high-voltage power supply system,the application of short-circuit quick-break locking technology for preventing over-trip is elaborated.The research shows that the application of anti-over-trip technology in coal mine power supply systems can ensure that switches at all levels perform trip operations in sequence,prevent large-scale power outages,and improve mine production efficiency and safety.
