摘 要:本文围绕换热站远程集中控制系统的研发与应用,探讨了其在供热节能优化中的实际效果。通过对17座二级换热站及供热集控中心控制系统的分析,实现了换热站远程集中控制、自主运行、精细调整和按需供热的目标。并提出了基于供热预测原理与算法的优化方法,以及一次网回水温度与流量的调控策略,力求实现热力与水力平衡。通过系统性能评估与测试,验证了所提方法的有效性,为未来供热系统的智能化和节能化提供了理论依据和实践指导。This article focuses on the research and application of a remote centralized control system for heat exchange stations,exploring its practical effects in optimizing heating energy efficiency.Through the analysis of control systems in 17 secondary heat exchange stations and the heating centralized control center,the objectives of remote centralized control,autonomous operation,fine adjustment,and demand-based heating in heat exchange stations have been achieved.Furthermore,optimization methods based on heating prediction principles and algorithms,as well as regulation strategies for primary network return water temperature and flow rate,are proposed to achieve thermal and hydraulic balance.The effectiveness of the proposed methods has been verified through system performance evaluation and testing,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the intelligence and energy efficiency of heating systems in the future.
