摘  要:随着现代物流仓储体系的自动化程度越来越高,自动引导(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)小车被广泛运用到智能制造程度高的制造业企业当中。大型无人仓储环境下,大量AGV小车高效、安全、稳定地协同运行对工业网络的网络传输、计算速度提出了很高要求。本文在分析大量AGV小车的运行对网络和算力的要求的基础上,提出了基于算网融合环境下的AGV小车任务调度网络模型。该网络系统架构模型中的网络节点同时具备算力计算、存储和网络任务分发调度功能,将算力和网络有机融合,提高了网络路由节点的带宽、时延、算力等性能,更高效地满足了大量AGV小车协同运行的需求。As the degree of automation in modern logistics and warehousing systems increases,AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)carts are widely used in manufacturing enterprises with high intelligent manufacturing levels.In large unmanned warehouses,the efficient,safe and stable coordinated operation of a large number of AGV carts places high demands on the network transmission and computing speed of industrial networks.Based on the analysis of the requirements of network and computing power for the operation of a large number of AGV carts,this paper proposes an AGV cart task scheduling network model in a computing and networking integrated environment.In this network system architecture model,the network nodes have the functions of computing power calculation,storage,and network task distribution and scheduling,integrating computing power and network,and improving the performance of network routing nodes in terms of bandwidth,delay,and computing power,to more efficiently meet the coordinated operation requirements of a large number of AGV carts.
