摘  要:针对港口电动设备的充电调度管理问题,本技术通过提升电动使用率以降低传统设备使用率,达到节能降碳的效果。项目集成了港口云计算电动设备充电调度系统,配合实时监测设备电量状态及港区充电桩闲忙状态,可实现自动通知车辆依据最优算法回站充电,提升电动设备使用率。同时自主研发车载数据采集终端,根据各类电动设备的特点,充分采集设备重要部件的电信号数据后,快速传输到后台数据分析库,依据规律与算法对设备进行多场景的检测管控,使设备的操作人员和技术管理人员能实时掌控设备的技术状况、运行状态等信息。该技术已在港口进行了实施应用,取得了显著的效果,在港口绿色环保与电动设备调度领域具有广泛的应用前景。Aiming at the charging scheduling management problem of port electric equipment,the technology reduces the utilization rate of traditional equipment by improving the utilization rate of electric equipment,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction.The project integrates the port cloud computing electric equipment charging scheduling system to monitor the power status of the equipment and the busy status of the charging pile in the port area in real time,which can automatically notify the vehicle to return to the station to charge according to the optimal algorithm,and improve the utilization rate of electric equipment.At the same time,the vehicle data acquisition terminal is independently developed.According to the characteristics of various electric equipment,the electrical signal data of important components of the equipment is fully collected and quickly transmitted to the background data analysis library,and the equipment is detected and controlled in multiple scenarios according to the rules and algorithms,so that the operators and technical managers of the equipment can control the technical status and operating status of the equipment in real time.This technology has been applied in the port,and has achieved remarkable results,and has a wide application prospect in the field of port green environmental protection and electric equipment scheduling.
