摘 要:为了减小道路中央分隔带混凝土护栏施工对运营公路的交通安全影响,提升运营期的施工效率,降低建设期成本,本项目通过对中央分隔带钢筋混凝土护栏优化调整箍筋规格、布筋间距,以及对其工艺、材料和断面形式进行优化,采用滑模摊铺技术进行公路路基段混凝土施工,极大地降低了养护工程中央分隔带混凝土护栏单延米工程造价。该工艺具有工作面转场快、施工便捷、效率高、成本低等优点,连续施工整体性好,成型后线形顺滑、优美,混凝土强度有保证,使用寿命长。该技术的使用大大减少了安全隐患,达到了节约资源、低碳绿色环保的效果。In order to reduce the traffic safety impact of the construction of concrete guardrail in the central road divider on the operating highway,improve the construction efficiency during the operation period,and reduce the cost during the construction period,this project optimizes the stirrup specifications and reinforcement spacing of the reinforced concrete guardrail in the central road divider,and optimizes its process,material and section form.The sliding form paving technology is used in the concrete construction of highway subgrade section,which greatly reduces the single meter project cost of the concrete guardrail in the central partition of the maintenance project.The process has the advantages of fast working surface transition,convenient construction,high efficiency and low cost,good continuous construction integrity,smooth and beautiful linear shape after forming,guaranteed concrete strength and long service life.The use of this technology greatly reduces the security risks,and achieves the effect of saving resources,low-carbon green environmental protection.
