摘　　要：目的了解广西宾馆(酒店)的卫生基本状况,根据其主要健康危害因素评估健康风险,为进一步加强公共场所卫生管理和提升传染病防控能力提供依据。方法于2021年在广西选择6个监测城市共108家宾馆(酒店)开展公共场所健康危害因素监测工作。结果2021年共监测6个城市共108家宾馆(酒店),采集的各类样本量共计23155件。各项监(检)测指标的合格率在64.19%~100.00%之间,其中室内环境质量的温度、相对湿度、噪声和菌落总数的合格率较低,分别为86.06%、64.19%、65.60%和88.89%;公共用品用具(设施)中毛巾的pH值、菌落总数合格率较低,分别为65.82%和88.97%;公共用品用具(设施)的大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌合格率均达100.00%;集中空调通风系统冷却塔水中的嗜肺军团菌合格率为97.22%。结论广西宾馆(酒店)卫生状况总体良好,但存在部分监测指标合格率较低的情况,需进一步规范和加强宾馆(酒店)的卫生管理和监督力度。Objective To understand the basic hygienic status of guesthouses(hotels)in Guangxi and evaluate the health risks according to the main health hazard factors,so as to provide a basis for further strengthening the health management in public places and enhancing the ability of infectious disease prevention and control.Methods In 2021,108 guesthouses(hotels)in 6 monitoring cities in Guangxi were chosen to carry out the monitoring of health hazard factors in public places.Results In 2021,a total of 108 guesthouses(hotels)in 6 cities were monitored,and a total of 23155 samples were collected.The qualified rate of all supervision(inspection)indexes was 64.19%-100.00%,The qualified rate of indoor environmental quality temperature,relative humidity,noise and total number of colonies was low,which were 86.06%,64.19%,65.60%and 88.89%respectively.The qualified rates of pH value and total number of bacteria in towel of public goods appliance(facility)were low,which were 65.82%and 88.97%respectively;The qualified rates of coliform bacteria and staphylococcus aureus in public goods utensils and facilities were 100.00%.The qualified rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling tower water of central air-conditioning ventilation system was 97.22%.Conclusion The hygienic status of guesthouses(hotels)in Guangxi is generally good,but there is a low qualified rate of some monitoring indexes.It is necessary to further standardize and strengthen the health management and supervision of guesthouses(hotels).
