摘 要:针对钨渗铜材料在高温燃气烧蚀条件下的应用需求,以钨渗铜材料(牌号:W-7Cu))为研究对象,对高温燃气烧蚀试验后的钨渗铜材料进行分析,重点对钨渗铜烧蚀后表面出现的类似枣核状物的形貌特征进行分析,通过SEM、金相分析烧蚀后钨渗铜材料的微观组织变化,通过能谱分析烧蚀后铜的流失,通过XRD分析烧蚀后相结构变化。结果表明,不同部位均有不同程度的Cu的流失,外表面和内表面都有C元素存在,XRD分析显示内外表面均含有大量W_(6)C_(2.54)、WC相,表明在高温下W与C发生反应形成了新相W_(6)C_(2.54)、WC,从而加速烧蚀。分析烧蚀孔洞形成的原因认为是高温、高速粒子流冲击条件下,Cu析出后形成钨骨架通孔,C颗粒进入钨骨架内部,与骨架相互反应,生成低熔点的相,加速烧蚀进程。In response to the application requirements of tungsten-impregnated copper material in high-temperature gas erosion,the tungsten-infiltrated copper material(W-7Cu)experienced high-temperature gas erosion was analyzed.The focus was on the morphological features of the similar nut-shaped that appeared on the surface of W-7Cu after burning.The microstructure was observed by SEM and metallographic analysis.The loss of copper was estimated through energy spectrum.The phase structure changes was analyzed by XRD.The results show that Cu loss occurres in everywhere of the materials,and C is presented on both the outer and inner surfaces.Both of the inner and outer surfaces contain a large amount of W_(6)C_(2.54) and WC phases.Under high temperature and high-speed particle flow,the C particles enters the W skeleton formed after Cu precipitating and reacts with W to form new low-melting phases,which induces the ablation accelerating.
