摘 要:采用高能球磨法制备了Mg10Ni-X合金(X=MWCNTs、TiF_(3)、MWCNTs-TiF_(3)),研究了单独添加MWCNTs/TiF_(3)催化剂和复合添加MWCNTs-TiF_(3)催化剂对Mg10Ni合金颗粒形貌、物相组成和活化行为的影响。结果表明,在Mg10Ni合金中添加催化剂,高能球磨处理后Mg10Ni-X合金的颗粒尺寸会不同程度地减小,相较于TiF_(3)催化剂,MWCNTs催化剂对颗粒的细化效果更好,且复合添加MWCNTs-TiF_(3)催化剂后颗粒的细化效果最好;复合添加MWCNTs-TiF_(3)催化剂的Mg10Ni-MWCNTs-TiF_(3)合金在高能球磨后,TiF_(3)和MWCNTs各自的微观结构并没有发生改变,合金中Mg_(2)Ni相含量和Mg_(2)Ni相晶胞体积从大至小顺序为:Mg10Ni-MWCNTs-TiF_(3)>Mg10Ni-MWCNTs>Mg10Ni-TiF_(3)>Mg10Ni。添加MWCNTs和TiF_(3)催化剂后合金的活化性能都会有不同程度改善,TiF_(3)催化剂对活化性能的改善效果优于MWCNTs,且复合添加MWCNTs-TiF_(3)催化剂后合金的活化性能最好。Mg10Ni-X alloys(X=MWCNTs,TiF_(3),MWCNTs-TiF_(3))were prepared by high-energy ball milling,the effects of MWCNTs/TiF_(3) catalysts added alone and MWCNTs TiF_(3) catalysts added together on the particle morphology,phase composition and activation behavior of Mg10Ni alloys were studied.The results show that the particle size of Mg10Ni-X alloy after high-energy ball milling treatment reduces in varying degrees by adding catalyst to Mg10Ni alloy.Compared with TiF_(3) catalyst,MWCNTs catalyst has better particle refining effect,and the particle refining effect of composite addition of MWCNTs-TiF_(3) catalyst is the best.After high-energy ball milling of Mg10Ni-MWCNTs-TiF_(3) alloy with MWCNTs-TiF_(3) catalyst,the microstructures of TiF_(3) and MWCNTs have not changed.The order of Mg_(2)Ni phase content and Mg_(2)Ni phase cell volume in the alloy from large to small is:Mg10Ni-MWCNTs-TiF_(3)>Mg10Ni-MWCNTs>Mg10Ni-TiF_(3)>Mg10Ni.The activation performance of the alloy improves in varying degrees after the addition of MWCNTs and TiF_(3) catalysts,the improvement effect of TiF_(3) catalyst on the activation performance is better than MWCNTs,and the activation performance of the alloy after adding MWCNTs-TiF_(3) catalyst is the best.
