摘 要:采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术,制备Nb-16Si-10Mo和Nb-16Si-10Mo-10Ti两种合金,分析烧结温度对两类合金组织性能的影响规律。结果表明:Nb-16Si-10Mo合金由Nb_(ss)、Nb_(3)Si、Nb_(5)Si_(3)三相组成,而Nb-16Si-10Mo-10Ti合金由Nb_(ss)、Nb_(5)Si_(3)、Ti_(ss)三相组成,两种合金致密度均高于99.4%。两种合金的维氏硬度、抗压强度随烧结温度升高先增后降,而弯曲强度、断裂韧性则逐渐降低。Ti元素的加入使断口形貌出现了韧窝特征,断裂方式由脆性断裂转变为复合断裂,且使各烧结温度下合金的维氏硬度、压缩强度均有所降低,而弯曲强度、断裂韧性则有所增加。Nb-16Si-10Mo and Nb-16Si-10Mo-10Ti alloys were prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering(SPS)technique.The effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the two alloys was analyzed.The results show that Nb-16Si-10Mo alloy is composed of three phases:Nb_(ss),Nb_(3)Si and Nb_(5)Si_(3),while Nb-16Si-10Mo-10Ti alloy is composed of three phases:Nb_(ss),Nb_(5)Si_(3) and Ti_(ss),and the densities of both alloys are above 99.4%.With the increase of sintering temperature,the Vickers hardness and compressive strength of the two alloys first increase and then decrease,while the bending strength and fracture toughness gradually decrease.With the addition of Ti element,the fracture morphology appears dimple characteristics,and the fracture mode changes from brittle fracture to composite fracture,and the Vickers hardness and compressive strength of the alloy are reduced at various sintering temperatures,while the bending strength and fracture toughness are increased.
