摘　　要：控制系统作为炼化装置连锁和自动控制的重要组成部分,对装置长周期平稳安全运行起至关重要的作用。随着各炼化企业生产装置规模越来越大,控制系统的稳定运行对装置平稳生产影响巨大。利用控制系统运行状态远程监控技术措施,将控制系统硬件状态、CPU负荷等关键参数报警直接发送至维护人员,实现控制系统故障及时响应和处理,不仅提高运维处置和故障判断效率,而且替代人工巡检,降低了人员劳动强度。As an essential component of interlocking and automatic control in refining and chemical plants,the control system plays a vital role in ensuring the long-term,stable,and safe operation of the equipment.With the increasing scale of production facilities in refining and chemical enterprises,the stable operation of the control system has a significant impact on the smooth production of the plants.Leveraging remote monitoring technology for the operational status of the control system,we can directly transmit alarms for critical parameters such as hardware status and CPU load to maintenance personnel,enabling prompt response and handling of control system failures.This not only enhances the efficiency of operation,maintenance,and fault diagnosis but also replaces manual inspections,thereby reducing labor intensity.
