摘 要:在CPR核电机组中,主蒸汽隔离阀是主蒸汽管线上重要的安全设备,设计成能在所有预计的正常或事故工况下,在关闭信号产生后5 s内即行关闭。为了保证其安全隔离功能,该阀门设计了A、B两路功能完全相同的液压油控制回路,以保证当一路发生故障时,另一路仍然能在5 s之内把阀门从开启状态完全关闭。本文从逻辑设计角度论述现有逻辑缺陷,提出解决方案,对方案进行可行性论证,并在国内某电厂实施相关措施,以根本解决现有问题,提高机组的可靠性。The main steam isolation valve is a crucial safety device on the main steam pipeline in CPR nuclear power units.It is designed to close within 5 seconds after a closing signal is generated under all anticipated normal or accident conditions.To ensure its safety isolation function,the valve is equipped with two identical hydraulic oil control circuits,labeled A and B,to guarantee that if one circuit fails,the other can still fully close the valve from an open state within 5 seconds.This article discusses the existing logical defects from a logical design perspective,proposes solutions,demonstrates the feasibility of these solutions,and implements related measures in a domestic power plant.The aim is to fundamentally address the current issues and improve the reliability of the unit.
