科里奥利质量流量计测量误差原因分析及对策研究

摘　　要：在石油化工行业及成品油贸易结算中,科里奥利质量流量计都扮演着重要角色。因此,在检定科里奥利质量流量计时,为了不影响其准确度及计量特性,要尽可能排除安装不规范、零点漂移、测量范围等因素。通过日常对质量流量计检定工作出现的情况,及时分析原因及咨询相关工程师,汇总影响科里奥利质量流量计正常计量性能的因素,通过规范安装,对仪器进行调零等操作,从而消除流量计安装应力,完善仪器线性度,提高仪器计量精度。In the petrochemical industry and the trade settlement of refined oil products,Coriolis mass flowmeters play a crucial role.Therefore,when verifying Coriolis mass flowmeters,it is necessary to eliminate factors such as irregular installation,zero drift,and measurement range as much as possible to ensure their accuracy and measurement characteristics.Through daily observations of issues encountered during mass flowmeter verification,timely analysis of causes,and consultation with relevant engineers,this article summarizes the factors that affect the normal measurement performance of Coriolis mass flowmeters.By standardizing installation and performing operations such as zero adjustment on the instruments,we can eliminate installation stress on the flowmeters,improve instrument linearity,and enhance measurement accuracy.
