摘  要:基于“双碳”目标下大力发展清洁能源,GIS设备应用较广,用于电力系统中电能输送,但由于其内部结构的复杂性,也多次出现内部支柱绝缘子放电故障。本文针对多起支柱绝缘子闪络放电故障,面临着支柱绝缘子复杂的电场、应用时间不长、缺少检测手段等现状,有针对性地通过对外观尺寸复测、着色及CT探伤、机械强度、耐压试验等多元手段分析,确认支柱绝缘子放电故障原因,为后续支柱绝缘子在设计、制造、安装、运行、维护等各阶段存在的问题,提出了改进措施,特别是为后续故障原因分析提供了参考。With the development of clean energy under the dual-carbon target,GIS(Gas-Insulated Substation)equipment is widely used in power systems for power transmission.However,due to the complexity of its internal structure,there have been multiple internal post insulator discharge faults.In response to multiple post insulator flashover discharge faults,this article addresses the current situation of complex electric fields in post insulators,short application time,and lack of detection methods.Through targeted analysis using various means such as re-measurement of external dimensions,coloration and CT inspection,mechanical strength,and withstand voltage tests,the causes of post insulator discharge faults are confirmed.The article proposes improvement measures for issues existing in the design,manufacturing,installation,operation,and maintenance stages of post insulators,especially providing a reference for subsequent fault cause analysis.
