摘  要:本文对基建箱变基础工程、高压线路拆装送电施工等重点策略进行了深入的论述。首先针对基建箱变基础工程在前期准备、设计优化、材料选用、施工过程管理、环境保护等方面进行了详细的论述;其次针对高压线路拆装送电施工提出了拆装前准备策略、施工方案设计策略、安全防护措施策略、施工质量监控策略、送电调试与验收策略等内容;最后本文阐述了风险因素的识别、等级评估、防控和应对方案等方面的风险管理和应对策略。这些策略在帮助提高建设效率和质量的同时也提供了强有力的支撑,保证了建筑安全和环境保护。This article provides an in-depth discussion on key strategies for infrastructure box transformer foundation engineering and high-voltage line installation,disassembly,and power transmission construction.Firstly,it elaborates on the infrastructure box transformer foundation engineering in terms of preliminary preparation,design optimization,material selection,construction process management,and environmental protection.Secondly,it proposes preparation strategies before disassembly and installation,design strategies for construction plans,safety protection measures,construction quality monitoring strategies,and power transmission commissioning and acceptance strategies for high-voltage line installation,disassembly,and power transmission construction.Finally,the article discusses risk management and coping strategies such as risk factor identification,risk assessment,prevention,control,and response plans.These strategies provide strong support for improving construction efficiency and quality while ensuring construction safety and environmental protection.
