摘 要:随着输煤系统规模的扩大和复杂性的增加,皮带输送装置的故障和运行安全问题日益突出。传统的人工巡检和监测方法,存在效率低、误检漏检率高等问题,难以满足现代化输煤系统的安全管理需求。因此,本文针对分布式智能巡检技术在输煤系统皮带安全预警中的应用展开详细分析,为提升输煤系统皮带输送装置的安全性和可靠性提供技术支持的同时,也为实现电厂智能化管理和可持续发展奠定基础。With the expansion of the scale and increasing complexity of coal handling systems,the problems of faults and operational safety of belt conveyor equipment have become increasingly prominent.Traditional manual inspection and monitoring methods have issues such as low efficiency and high rates of missed detections and false alarms,which are difficult to meet the safety management needs of modern coal handling systems.Therefore,this article conducts a detailed analysis of the application of distributed intelligent inspection technology in the safety warning system for coal conveyor belts in coal handling systems.It provides technical support for improving the safety and reliability of belt conveyor equipment in coal handling systems while laying the foundation for realizing intelligent management and sustainable development in power plants.
