摘  要:随着环境保护和经济性要求的提升,燃煤电厂需优化燃烧过程以提高效率,节能减排。调研显示,制粉系统耗电率高、自动调节品质差等问题普遍影响锅炉效率。本文针对国能神皖安庆电厂#3机组一次风系统存在的问题,探讨一次风动态自寻优控制系统的设计与应用。该系统通过实时监测一次风压,结合PID控制和自寻优算法,优化一次风压控制。研究表明,该系统能够有效降低一次风机厂用电,提高系统自动调节品质,确保制粉系统安全经济运行,并通过防堵磨预警系统提升安全性与稳定性。With increasing environmental protection and economic requirements,coal-fired power plants need to optimize the combustion process to improve efficiency and achieve energy savings and emission reduction.Research shows that high power consumption in the pulverizing system and poor automatic control quality commonly affect boiler efficiency.This paper addresses the issues of the primary air system in Unit#3 of Guoneng Shenwan Anqing Power Plant,discussing the design and application of a dynamic self-optimization control system for primary air.This system optimizes primary air pressure control through realtime monitoring,combined with PID control and self-optimization algorithms.The study shows that the system effectively reduces primary fan power consumption,improves automatic control quality,ensures safe and efficient operation of the pulverizing system,and enhances safety and stability through a mill blockage prevention and warning system.
