摘 要:本文以热工仪表技术为基础,对锅炉运行状态进行实时监控系统的研究和设计。锅炉运行状态的实时监测预警是通过系统架构设计、传感器选择与布置、数据采集与处理以及状态监测预警机制的建立而实现的。同时,结合热工仪表技术,对监控系统性能进行了优化和改进,使传感器精确度和稳定性得到提高,监控算法和模型得到优化,监控能力和准确度得到进一步提高。并对所提方法的有效性和可行性进行了实验分析验证,为实时监控锅炉运行状态提供了重要的技术保障。This article conducts research and design of a real-time monitoring system for boiler operation status based on thermal instrumentation technology.The real-time monitoring and early warning of boiler operation status are achieved through system architecture design,sensor selection and placement,data acquisition and processing,as well as the establishment of a status monitoring and warning mechanism.Meanwhile,by integrating thermal instrumentation technology,the performance of the monitoring system has been optimized and improved,leading to an enhancement in sensor accuracy and stability,optimization of monitoring algorithms and models,and further enhancement in monitoring capabilities and accuracy.Experimental analysis and verification of the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method have been conducted,providing important technical support for real-time monitoring of boiler operation status.
