光伏切片机张力控制精度及稳定性提升的研究

摘  要:多线切割机应用于硅片、蓝宝石等材料的切割,光伏切片机是其中性能最高的一种。当前切片机正在朝着高速化和细线化的方向发展,切割线直径下降至30μm左右,切割线速度提升到40 m/s甚至更高。该设备的原理是让切割丝在维持稳定张力的情况下以很高的线速度往复运动来切割材料。在高速和细微直径条件的约束下,稍大的张力波动都会导致切割线断线,造成废料和生产效率的降低。所以需要对张力控制精度和稳定性提升做研究。Multi-wire saws are used for cutting materials such as silicon wafers and sapphire,and photovoltaic slicing machines are among the most high-performance types.Currently,slicing machines are developing towards higher speeds and thinner wires,with cutting wire diameters decreasing to around 30μm and cutting wire speeds increasing to 40 m/s or even higher.The principle of this equipment is to allow the cutting wire to reciprocate at a high speed while maintaining stable tension to cut materials.Under the constraints of high speed and fine diameter conditions,even slight fluctuations in tension can lead to wire breakage,resulting in waste and reduced production efficiency.Therefore,research needs to be conducted to improve the precision and stability of tension control.
