摘 要:定量卸车皮带输送机主要用于控制物料的卸载过程,确保输送精度和效率。随着技术的发展,传统的机械系统逐渐整合智能传感技术,以提高操作的精确性和可靠性。智能传感技术通过实时数据监控和自动调节机制,能够显著优化设备的工作性能,降低人为错误,提高生产效率。文中研究了智能传感技术在定量卸车皮带输送机中的应用,详细探讨了数据采集与处理、称重单元与测速单元的精度调校、步进电机控制策略的优化以及出料口尺寸调节技术的改进,旨在实现输送机卸载精度的优化。The quantitative unloading belt conveyor is primarily used to control the material unloading process,ensuring precision and efficiency in transportation.With the advancement of technology,traditional mechanical systems have gradually integrated intelligent sensing technology to enhance operational accuracy and reliability.Through real-time data monitoring and automatic adjustment mechanisms,intelligent sensing technology can significantly optimize equipment performance,reduce human errors,and increase production efficiency.This article investigates the application of intelligent sensing technology in quantitative unloading belt conveyors,delving into data acquisition and processing,precision calibration of weighing and speed measurement units,optimization of stepper motor control strategies,and improvements in the technology for adjusting the outlet size.The objective is to achieve optimized unloading precision for conveyors.
